Terry Sanders is a partner in the Corporate and Finance group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. His experience involves representing underwriters, issuers, lenders, lessors, manufacturers, equity and debt investors, and rating agencies in a wide variety of asset finance transactions, including representing clients in portfolio securitizations, acquisition financing, aviation financing, equipment financing and secured lending. Many of the deals he has worked on have won awards and been named as “Deals of the Year.”
