Pete Shaker is an associate in the Corporate Group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, with a focus on commercial aviation finance. His practice includes representing leasing companies, issuers, lenders, investors, and global airlines in connection with a variety of financing and other corporate transactions.

Pete has over a decade of experience in antitrust, bankruptcy, securities, mergers and acquisitions, product liability, healthcare, class action, and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Pete was an eDiscovery and Litigation support attorney at various AmLaw 100 Firms.
