Kevin E. Braker is counsel in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s Litigation department, admitted in California, Florida and New York. His practice focuses on complex domestic and international pharmaceutical and products liability litigation. Kevin’s litigation practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including products liability, securities, shareholder’s derivative and Employee Retirement Income Security Act litigation in the pharmaceutical area, as well as developing and presenting scientific and medical issues involved in mass tort litigation.
