Justin Y. Terada currently serves as the liaison between the U.S. headquarters and Japanese clients, facilitating smooth communication between clients and the U.S. headquarters with his fluent Japanese and English skills, while simultaneously assisting on a wide range of projects.
Justin has over 15 years of M&A experience representing U.S. and European clients on cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, strategic and private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate and commercial transactions.
Justin is a California, England & Wales and Ireland qualified lawyer (not yet admitted as a registered foreign lawyer in Japan (gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi)).
