Justin has over 15 years of M&A experience representing U.S. and European clients on cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, strategic and private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate and commercial transactions.
Justin is a California, England & Wales and Ireland qualified lawyer (not yet admitted as a registered foreign lawyer in Japan (gaikokuho-jimu-bengoshi)).
