Jennifer Suh is an associate in Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Litigation department and a member of the firm's Complex Business Disputes and Product Liability practice groups. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, and products liability litigation. Jennifer’s practice also focuses on defending clients in mass tort/asbestos and personal injury litigations from various industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and not-for-profit.
Jennifer is also a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group and advises clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, data collection, cross-border transfers, compliance, and ediscovery.
Jennifer is committed to providing quality pro bono legal services, and has represented clients in a diverse range of matters. Jennifer is highly proficient in Korean.
