Holden Fitzgerald is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Hughes Hubbard and Reed. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation department.
Prior to joining the firm, Holden was a legal extern at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. Holden also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James O. Browning at the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
Holden earned his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in 2023. Previously, he attended the University of Denver where he received his graduate and undergraduate degrees.
