Charles A. Samuelson is co-chair of Hughes Hubbard & Reed's Corporate group, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and has a Corporate and Securities practice that is focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions (including proxy contests and "going private" transactions), joint ventures and other business combinations, as well as public and private debt and equity financings. He has represented investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, and companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. Chuck also regularly advises public and private companies and their boards on corporate governance and SEC compliance and related matters.
