Alex is a senior counsel in the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He advises corporates, private equity investors, and investment banks on complex and innovative securities offerings including IPOs, rights offerings, and investment grade and high yield debt offerings. His work covers more than 20 markets including France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Greece, North Africa and the Middle East. He has advised on over €50 billion in securities offerings since 2017.
